Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across multiple international locations. Shipping availability may vary depending on destination and product availability.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges
Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50 USD. Orders below $50 will incur shipping charges calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery location and selected shipping method.

United States: 4–7 Business Days
International Orders: 7–15 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Saborix is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos if applicable. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
